Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a ski town in Bavaria in southern Germany near it's highest mountain, Zugspitze.
We arrived late in the afternoon at Garmisch-Partenkirchen and stayed in the local hostel and left fairly early the next day.
As a result, "I have few distinct memories of the town.
I would hope to come back some day and explore the area a little better...
